Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all enrollments in the “Tanging Tahanan” online course offered by Growth Holistics Learning. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By enrolling, you agree to the terms set out below.

1.  Our Commitment

Growth Holistics Learning is committed to delivering a high-quality, transformative learning experience through “Tanging Tahanan.” We stand behind the value of our course and want every student to feel confident in their investment. If for any reason the course is not the right fit for you, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee.

2.  7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2.1  Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

You submit your refund request within 7 calendar days from the date of your purchase;

You have not downloaded more than 2 downloadable resources (worksheets, PDFs, etc.) from the course;

You have accessed no more than 10% of the total course content (measured by lesson views);

Your refund request is submitted via email to hello@growthholistics.com with your full name, email address used for enrollment, and order/receipt number.

2.2  What the Guarantee Covers

The 7-day money-back guarantee covers:

The full course enrollment fee for “Tanging Tahanan”;

One-time purchases only. See Section 4 for payment plan terms.

3.  How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1.  Send an email to hello@growthholistics.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – Tanging Tahanan”;

2.  Include in your email: your full name, the email address used for enrollment, and your order confirmation number or receipt;

3.  Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve);

4.  Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

4.  Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor;

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated from our end;

Processing times may vary depending on your bank. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

5.  Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:

Refund requests submitted after 7 calendar days from the date of course kick-off;

You have accessed more than 10% of the course content;

You have downloaded more than 2 course resources;

The refund request does not include the required information (name, email, order number);

The enrollment was purchased under a promotional price, bundle, or scholarship arrangement where refunds were explicitly excluded;

The request is made after a payment dispute or chargeback has already been filed with your bank or payment provider;

Downloadable items or digital bonuses that were accessed and then requested as refund.

6.  Payment Plans

If you enrolled under a payment plan (installment option):

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the first installment only, provided the eligibility conditions in Section 2.1 are met;

If a refund is approved, any future installment payments will be cancelled and no further charges will be made;

No refunds will be issued for installment payments made after the 7-day window has passed.

7.  Course Access After Refund

Upon approval of your refund, your access to “Tanging Tahanan” — including all videos, downloadable materials, community spaces, and live session recordings — will be revoked immediately. You may not retain or use any downloaded materials after a refund has been issued.

8.  Cancellation of Enrollment (No Refund)

If you wish to cancel your enrollment outside the 7-day refund window, you may contact us at hello@growthholistics.com to close your account. Note that cancellation outside the refund window does not entitle you to any refund, full or partial. Your access will remain active until the end of your current access period.

9.  Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage students to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment processor. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication with our team, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of course access and delivery. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in permanent suspension from the Platform.

10.  Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will apply to new enrollments made after the updated policy is published. Existing enrollments will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
