1.  Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, enrolling in, or using any content offered under “Tanging Tahanan” through learning.growthholistics.com (the “Platform”), you (“Student” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not enroll in or access the course.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Growth Holistics Learning (“we,” “us,” or “our”) with respect to your use of the Platform and the Tanging Tahanan course.

“Tanging Tahanan” (meaning “Our Only Home”) is an online learning program offered by Growth Holistics Learning focused on climate change awareness, environmental sustainability, and practical action. 2.2  Educational Purpose

The course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and relevance in all content, the information provided does not constitute professional environmental, scientific, legal, or policy advice. Students are encouraged to consult relevant experts or authorities for decisions requiring specialized expertise.

2.3  Course Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, add to, or remove course content at any time to reflect current developments in climate science, policy, and sustainability practices. We will endeavor to notify enrolled students of material changes.

3.  Enrollment and Access

3.1  Eligibility

To enroll in the course, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if below 18;

• Provide accurate and complete registration information;

• Have a valid email address and internet connection;

• Agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3.2  Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree not to share your account with any third party. 3.3  Duration of Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the course content for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., lifetime access, or a defined access period). Access may be revoked if you violate these Terms.

4.  Intellectual Property

4.1  Ownership

All course content, including but not limited to videos, slides, worksheets, written materials, graphics, logos, and the “Tanging Tahanan” course brand, is the exclusive intellectual property of Growth Holistics Learning and is protected under Philippine intellectual property laws (Republic Act No. 8293, the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

4.2  License to Students

Upon enrollment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view the course content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational use.

4.3  Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any course content in any form;

• Share your login credentials or grant access to others;

• Use course content for commercial purposes, resale, or training of others;

• Record, screenshot, or screen-capture video lessons for redistribution;

• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from materials;

• Create derivative works based on the course content without written permission.

5.  Payments and Fees

All fees for the course are displayed on the Platform at the time of enrollment. Prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through the payment methods available, exclusively provided to applicants via email. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless the payment plan option offered was selected upon enrollment

6.  Refunds

7.  Student Conduct

When participating in the course, including any community spaces, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students;

• Refrain from posting content that is discriminatory, offensive, or harassing;

• Not share misinformation or content unrelated to the course;

• Comply with any community guidelines posted on the Platform;

• Report any misconduct or security concerns to the course team.

We reserve the right to remove any student from the course without refund for serious or repeated violations of this conduct policy.

8.  Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tanging Tahanan course and all content on the Platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Growth Holistics Learning makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the course content. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Growth Holistics Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the course or Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

10.  Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

11.  Third-Party Links and Tools

The Platforms (Zoom and Systeme.io) may contain links to third-party websites or tools (e.g., payment processors, video hosting platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

12.  Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify enrolled students of material changes via email.

13.  Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
